Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Foxcore panel and the servers you create there. They are effective 28 September 2026. The operator of the panel is Foxcore.
The service
Foxcore sells capacity for one instance: CPU, memory, disk, and a port budget. A preset size fills that form. A game pack is the title that runs on the instance. You can switch titles on the same instance without opening a ticket. A Linux VPS option uses the same instance record and the same port allocations.
A capacity pool that splits one purchase across several instances is not offered yet. Custom sliders at checkout are not offered yet. OS reinstall and a KVM virtual machine are not offered yet. Where a control is missing, the panel says so on the page.
Accounts
You need an account to create an instance. You are responsible for the password, passkeys, and two-factor devices on that account. Use Support if someone else is using the account.
Fees
Paid instances are billed by Stripe on the Pro subscription you start at checkout. The size you pick is the memory and CPU cap. Disk is not quota'd. The game title is not a separate price. Stripe may add tax where the law requires it. You can cancel from the billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal. Deleting the instance is a separate action in the panel.
Your files
Files on an instance are yours. You allow Foxcore to store, copy, and transmit them so we can run the instance, take the backups you request, and restore those backups.
Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. We may stop or remove an instance that breaks it.
Availability
The panel runs on Cloudflare Workers. Guest workloads run on nodes we operate. A node can fail, fill up, or lose power. These terms do not promise a particular uptime. A node that has stopped talking to the panel is not, by itself, a decision to stop your instance.
Suspension
We may suspend an instance or an account for non-payment, for a break of these terms, or when a node cannot keep the workload safe. We will use the support thread on the account when we have one.
Liability
Foxcore is not liable for lost game progress, lost files, or lost profits, except where a law does not allow that exclusion. Where a law allows a cap, our total liability for a claim about the service is the amount you paid us for that instance in the three months before the claim. This cap does not apply to fraud, or to death or personal injury caused by negligence, where the law forbids a limit.
Changes
If we change these terms, we change the date at the top of this page. Using a paid instance after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, cancel the subscription and delete the instance.
