Privacy Policy
This policy describes what the Foxcore panel stores about you. It is effective 28 September 2026. The operator of the panel is Foxcore.
Account
We store the email address you register, a password hash, and session records so you can sign in. If you add a passkey or a time-based one-time password, we store the public credential material those features need. We do not store your password in clear text.
Billing
Card numbers and bank details are handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer id, subscription status, and the memory and CPU size on the instance. Disk is not quota'd. The panel does not store a separate price for the game title.
Instances and support
We store instance names, the title or OS image you selected, desired power, port allocations, job records, and the messages you send in Support. Console output and file contents stay on the node. They are not copied into the panel database as a log archive.
Node credentials
Enrollment tokens and node credentials are stored as hashes or server-side secrets. They are not shown again after they are issued, and they are not placed in the browser beyond the moment a staff member copies a new token.
Cookies
The panel uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the account. We do not run a third-party advertising cookie.
Sharing
We share personal data with Stripe to take payment, and with Cloudflare to serve the panel. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account data stays until you delete the account from the danger page, or until we close an account that has broken the terms. Support messages go with the account. Node-local files and backups are removed when the instance is destroyed and the node finishes that job.
Access
You can read and change your profile in the account pages. You can ask Support to export or delete account data if the pages do not cover what you need.
Contact
Use the Support page in the panel.
