Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It is effective 28 September 2026.

You may run a game server or a Linux VPS on the capacity you bought. You may not use an instance to harm other people, other customers, or the node.

Prohibited

Scanning, flooding, or breaking into systems you do not operate.

Hosting malware, phishing pages, or spam.

Sending traffic that is meant to take the node or another customer offline.

Mining cryptocurrency, unless Foxcore has agreed in writing first.

Sharing your node credential, enrollment token, or account password.

Attempting to reach the host outside your instance, including host sockets, host network namespaces, and other customers' files.

Content

You are responsible for the files and the game configuration on your instance. Do not store content that is illegal in the place the node runs.

Response

We may stop an instance, remove files that are part of an attack, or close an account that breaks this policy. We will open or reply on a support thread when we can do that without keeping an attack running.
