What a pack is
A pack is a versioned image, default ports, and a start command. It is not an egg.
Pack, not egg
A Foxcore pack is a versioned image plus default ports, a start command, variables, and optional EULA hooks. Minecraft is one pack in the catalog — not its own SKU and not a nest.
It is not an egg. Packs have no install scripts, no startup-string templates, and no third-party nest ids. The daemon runs the manifest it is given and does not special-case a title.
What you choose
When you create a server you pick a pack id and version. Switching titles later replaces that source on the same instance. The purchase stays one Pro subscription. The title is a pack, not a price.
- Open Services and create or open an instance.
- Read the Title card for the pack id and version.
- Change title from that instance when you want a different pack — you do not open a new server ticket.
What a pack is not
A pack is not a price and not an egg. Two titles on the same size use the same memory and CPU cap. Disk is not quota'd. Switching packs later is switch_title on the same instance id. The node runs the manifest it is given.
